Hell’s Kitchen, New York, the 1980’s; homelessness and crime were high and crack was king.

A small group of neighbors struggle to improve their crappy tenement coop even as junkies and drug dealers rule the hallways.

But times they are a changing and Hell’s Kitchen is being transformed into the next hot neighborhood.

Do our heroes fight to keep their building safe and affordable, or do they cash in and get the hell out?
