KILL SWITCH by Jaclyn S. Powell a staged reading: A well-liked, but self-absorbed and politically ambivalent Manhattan doctor is sucked into the politics of death and money when he uncovers a government conspiracy to control medical care costs by euthanizing the elderly and inform — and he’s unwittingly the heart of the conspiracy.

The NYWIFT New Works Lab affinity group open to writers, actors and directors. The lab was formed to give the writers helpful critiques for their full length screenplays, plays, shorts and web series. Scenes are read during lab meetings. Directors will work with actors and writers to present a more polished reading.
