Julia’s Reading Room, developed by Julia Miles, founder of the Women’s Project, provides the unique opportunity for any League member to hear and observe work in its early stages.

The next Julia’s Reading Room will feature Robin Rice Lichtig’s play Gently Down the Stream.

GENTLY DOWN THE STREAM is true. Trapped in New York City, Turbo the cat wants desperately to return to Vermont to his Dear One. His struggles intertwine with those of humans he’s forced to live with in this story of love, loss and newborn hope.
