Utilizing the talents of esteemed LPTW members, 2014 introduces the first League of Professional Theatre Women’s “Petit Salon”. Margaret Croyden, NY Times journalist and prominent author of books about the world of experimental theater, cordially invites 10 members from The Directors’ Circle and The International Committee to her home on February 20 from 7-9PM.
The evening will include prepared interview questions covering topics of interest from her vast career in the avant garde world of theatre, including the Living Theater, Jerzy Grotowski theatre and the unique artistic world which Peter Brook encountered as he created his new theatre.
This is an exciting opportunity for members to reap the benefits of tapping the intellect of such an accomplished League member. RSVP to Frances McGarry at franceslmcgarry@gmail.com. The ten guests will be requested to bring a small platter of appetizers and/or desserts. Hosts will provide beverages.
