DESCRIPTION:Ivy Austin Requests Your Participation in a Master’s Thesis Survey Regarding the Impact of Stressors Unique to Our Industry on the Health and Well-Being of Female Performing Artists:\nTo participate\, please email: iaustin01@manhattan.edu\n\nDear Colleagues\,\n\nI am working towards a Masters of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy in hopes of one day helping performing artists.\n\nThis winter I am collecting data on the psychological effects of this business on our lives. I am using two test instruments: a 14-item Perceived Stress Scale\, and a 6-item Psychological Vulnerability Scale\, both of which use a 5-point Likert scale to rate how you are feeling these days.\n\nNeither test is invasive\, nor asks you to disclose specific information--this is all about how you feel. I would be grateful for your help with this project\, and will make my research and results available at the end of May 2019.\n\nThank you\,\n\nIvy Austin
